Who and When

• The table below is a visual guide to the number of people that will be on Expo during each week.

Red means you're there that week, orange means 'undecided/flexible', yellow means 'there for half week', grey means you're not.

Week 1 is at the same time as the UIS conference in Brno.

Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.

Alex Crow	4 weeks						I have a car and am planning to take it to expo. I currently have room for 3 passengers (in reasonable comfort). I will be leaving from and returning to Cambridge. I suspect I will have a lot of kit on the return journey. A second driver would be handy...
Stuart Walker	4 weeks						Will be in Cheshire but happy to make my way to any train station. Have a driving license but quite rusty atm

Chris Burnley	2.5 weeks						Have work until 3rd August, and intend to leave asap after that which probably means flying, if so an airport near the east midlands would be preferable. Returning i'd like to try and grab a lift with someone. Have a driving license and would be happy to be a 2nd driver if required

Fleur Loveridge	~2 weeks						Ideally would like to fly (sorry Becka), but lift sharing with CJD is a possibility I guess (only works if Pete comes for full 2 weeks).

Holly Bradley	2 weeks						Sadly Noel and I are now workers so will only be able to make two weeks (probably weeks 2 and 3). We will need transport as we don't have a vehicle we can take abroad and prefer to go by road!

Becka Lawson	~3 weeks						Driving to expo at start (drop off gear, pick up passengers), then to and from the conference in first week from there.
Julian Todd	~3 weeks						Would like to be hang-gliding as much as possible, in Greifenburg (2hrs south by car) if necessary.

Julia Day	2 weeks						Travelling independently from Norway via UIS congress. Base camp skivvy (not caving)

Wookey							Going to UIS congress. Empty van on the way out so keen to give someone a lift and can go via expo.
