From Cambridge University Caving Club - CUCC wiki
Here is a list of food (plus a few other) things that need buying/making/sorting in the UK, in preparation for expo 2012.
The numbers assume roughly 508 expo days (from http://www.srcf.ucam.org/caving/wiki/Expo_2012/Who_and_When on 13th July). There is more info on http://www.srcf.ucam.org/caving/wiki/Expo_2008/Food, and probably other places too.
The numbers of things to buy take into account what is at basecamp, but not top camp.
OllyB has his number for the Booker cash & Carry if it is needed (eg for custard, catering sized containers). For some things Asda/Tescos/Lidl/Aldi are cheaper anyway.
