Michaelmas Term 2008

October Tues 7th: Term begins/Freshers Fair - we will have a stall there, come and meet us!

October Tues 14th: Caving club squash: food, drink and caving presentations. New Cellars, Pembroke college: 6:30pm - 10:00pm

• November 1/2: South Wales
  • Hut: SWCC
    
  • Caves: Ogof Ffynnon Ddu and other nearby caves eg Porth yr Ogof (and Little Neath?).

• November 15/16: Yorks
  • Hut: Greenclose
    
  • Caves: Bar Pot and Gaping Gill Dihedral route (experienced people could do an exchange, novices can go in and out of Bar).

November 22/23 CHECC weekend in Derbyshire (not an official club meet).

• November 29/30: Peak District
  • Hut: Orpheus
    
  • Caves: P8, Carlswark, Giants and many others on SRT or ladder.

New Year

Several days caving in the Yorkshire dales based at Bull Pot Farm with a variety of caves to do each day. More details at a later date!

Lent Term 09

January 13th: Start of Full Term

• January 31/February 1: Yorks

  • Caves: We have permits for Penyghent and Hunt Pot.

• February 14/15: Peaks
  • Hut: TSG
    
  • Caves:Lots of possibilities including Nettle Pot and Peak Cavern

• February 28/March 1: NWales
  • TBC
    
  • Various mines such as the Milwr Tunnel and caves such as Ogof Hesp Alyn.

Easter Trip

Details and dates to be confirmed but most likely to be a week's caving and canyoning in Majorca during the Easter holidays.

Random Other Permits

Otter Hole: booked for 10th May between tides and 31st May overtides.
