Accounts (SB)
Expo has accumulated money. More social events to spend the money we got from membership. Pocket dragon: some interested buyers, perhaps we should do something. Meets: amount seems right, travel grant all spent. Thanks to Mark Shinwell for not asking for fuel. Membership: unchanged, money spent on societies fair and squash. Failed meets cost us £100. CHECC deposit: club should not be responsible for this. In future, deposit cheque should be from CUCC bank, perhaps then extra costs (if any) to individual members.

Cambridge uni accounts then discusses, needs to go to JH by december 31, with primary officers list. Vote of thanks to SB for sorting the accounts for so many years. Expo equipment: CUCC pays for some deprecation on gear, but Expo buys some rope for CUCC. The Uni money (grants) does not subsidise expo.

Pembroke are considering levelling the tackle store and building something new Possible they will offer us a a new location in Selwyn gardens, but perhaps not Timescale is greater than one year

Societies Fair
Fair is 6th-7th October Squash will be 13th October, JH to book pembroke new cellars soon more beer and snacks needed, stay til later instead of going to the pub
