This year's annual dinner weekend will be the 7th through the 9th of March.
The dinner
We've got a room for 30 people in Robinson college on the evening of 8th March. Please email Aaron at ac511 if you're interested in going. It's a champagne reception, followed by a three course meal with three glasses of wine, followed by port & coffee. The cost will be around 31 GBP. There may be an option of a non-drinking price, details to come. We also have a choice of courses, please vote at that page.
Afterwards, we'll go to the party room "J8" in Robinson for merriment. This has a capacity of 30 people, so unfortunately only those going to the dinner can go to the afterparty.
The curry
Traditionally, we go out for a curry on the Friday night before the dinner, so this would be the evening of the 7th.
The slideshow
In the past, this has been done the afternoon before the dinner, but this may conflict with the BCRA Cave Science Symposium, so may be moved to Friday or Sunday afternoon.
The breakfast
Sunday morning, we'll go somewhere to eat a greasy breakfast and recuperate!
